Fashion Week - the golden thread -week 3

This is week 3 of the Golden Thread year-long drawing challenge themed "London Calling."

This week's prompt is “ Fashion Week" Another prompt I absolutely love. I love fashion. Many moons ago I studied a degree in printed textiles and fashion design. I worked in house for some print studios in London. It was the time when you had to hop on a plane attended trade shows . You had to show your print collections in the offices of cool fashion brands and meet fashion designers. I got to travel all over the place.

I also had a small accessories brand that I use to show at a trade show during Paris fashion week. I had the pleasure of visiting Japan many times where I sold my collections to the department stores around Japan.

I also use to help fashion friends out at London Fashion week. Dressing the models for the cat walk. (Super stressful but fun )

For my illustration this week I thought I would celebrate the fun energy of London Fashion week and the cat walk. Also not forgetting the other creatives this industry supports.
