My order is damaged what should I do?
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive
the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What to do
If you notice that your order is damaged, please do not accept the package and contact us immediately.
If you are unable to reject the package. Please do the following.
Photograph the package and product.
It is very important that you photograph the parcel and the damaged products. Send the images by email to us
so we can contact our supplier.
We can then offer two refund options.
1. We can reorder the product/products on your behalf with no extra cost.
2. Give you a refund.

What if you change your mind?
If you change your mind about the product then you will have to pay for the return postage.
Please contact us beforehand and state why you where not happy with your purchase.
Please contact us about returning the item directly to our email address.
Once we receive the product.
We can give you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent
back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember
it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
