Studio Tour and working with the family at home update
Hello I promised I would share my studio space today for @jdeebella ๐Ciao
She is a fellow illustrator check out her page.๐ She shared a post of her studio she is sharing with her kids in lockdown. I can't imagine how hard it must be.
All though we are not in lockdown in Sweden. We have to make our own choice about social distancing and how we approach life. We are lucky we can go for a walk or too the supermarket although there are screens and tape on the floor.
Rocket's school supports online schooling. He has been going in and out of school. Has an on going cough just now. So home schooling for him.
He has been so amazing attending his online classes. He misses his friends so much. Can chat online many of them stay at home.
My husband office closed weeks ago so he is working from home.
He freelanced in London. So we are both use to working around Rocket. As we had no childcare when he was tiny or family to help. But had very kind friends that babysat now and again.
Enough of life in Sweden.
Here is a snoop around my workspace. We are camped out in the spare bedroom the whole family is working there. Rocket inherited my old imac and is working on coding games animated stories and writing stories about an imaginary land. He is good at using photoshop.so future employee of Susse Collection ๐. I thought I would also show my actual studio space downstairs which is too cold right now as it is an outside extention gets to -1C in the winter.
You can see my books and favourite things that inspire me.

Fellow creative parents can connect and share. Feel less alone we all doing what we can not just families but I think of friends and single friends alone .
Stay safe ๐
