Illustrated Mini travel Guide- Copenhagen
Hello it's been a while posting on instagram. Most of the past two weeks have been spent renovating our house. It's taking shape. We did manage to hop on the train to Copenhagen for a few days. explored the city. Friend asked me my tips on the city so I thought I would share my Susse mini guide to Copenhagen this week. If you ever plan a visit
Copenhagen canals and harbour are spectacular. Highly recommend hiring a Goboat. @goboatcph Even more fun with a group of friends. We did this trip with our friends grabbed a picnic from the super market. They have life vests for kids. Weaving through the canals was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon and see the sights.
If you are in Copenhagen you have to try cycling around the city. This was a challenge for me as I hardly know how to ride a bike. One of those feel the fear and do it anyway moments but after one and half hours of biking I was whizzing around the city. The rush hour was more challenging so I walked back the last part to hand in my bike.
I can recommend @becopenhagen as they have a selection of bikes. We found a bike for Rocket they provide helmets too.
Copenhagen is not short of delicious food. Lovely places in the city to hang out. Our favourite place is in Nørrerport. @torvehallernekbh We often go there if we are super early waiting to catch a plane. Just hop off the metro to go there. A must for foodies a wonderful food market. Highly recommend the open Danish sandwiches delicious.
