Selfcare Countdown to Christmas

Wow! 1st of December today. I guess we all can’t wait until we can wave 2020 goodbye. I love to make an illustrated Christmas Advent calendar. This year I thought I would illustrate a selfcare countdown with a little prompt to get you in the mood of taking a little care of yourself as we head towards the holiday season.

Let’s give ourselves time to reflect heal and take good care of ourselves.
