COLOURFUL INDIE FRIDAY - JUST A CARD WEEK

 As they say on the BBC news if you only read one thing today read this.

This week is Just a card week. Is a wonderful organisation based in the UK who support Independent creative businesses around the world. Along with the Card and Gift Network are also supporting Indie businesses this week and have a lovely gift guide to browse through.

Here is my condensed version of Just a Card week.

Hello my name is Susse I am an Independent designer living in the tiny town of Älmhult in Sweden.

I work on design projects from clients around the world. I have an online shop of Susse goodies and when you buy something from my shop you help keep the lights on in my business. It helps with the little things like paying a phone bill or buying some art supplies.

When buy from  Indie companies ?

Support passionate creative businesses owners (often parents supporting families )

Eco friendly products

Help local economies grow along with supporting small manufactures and suppliers.

Help keep creativity alive.

So  maybe choose to buy from small  independent creative businesses as you are helping to keep the lights on these creative businesses for another year.
