It*s has been a while  and showing up here. 

I know it is nearly half way through  January 2023.

I had a very long break even though our family holiday plans backfired. 

We still managed to get some time away visited friends in Berlin.

I share my travels very soon.

 Do you have a word or intention fro 2023.

My word for 2023 is Energy . 2022 my energy level was so low. By the end of the year my 

Energy bar was blinking at 1%. A wake up call to address this is 2023.

I was reading a book about  energy.  The book was more about environmental, spiritual and metaphysical. I am really thinking about my physical ,mental and environmental energy this year, looking at ways to protect my energy in life.  Creating my own energy to a more positive vibration. 

My art work has aways been about being uplift and positive so I hope this will show in my new creations for 2023. 

My intention for 2023 is to live in the real life and least digital life

More teaching in real life.

Less screen time.

More drawing with art supplies.

Making thinks with my hands.

Being outside more.

Less social media and spending more real life time with friends.

Reading physical books.

I wish you all a year of positive energy and growth in 2023.
