Meet the maker week-Inspiration

Today on meet the maker  week  @Joannehawker is about inspiration. Inspiration for my illustrations and patterns tend to come from my everyday experiences. Sketchbooks and drawings are always my starting point. My sketchbooks are like little story books documenting my life and imaginary world.

I have also been very lucky to have travelled around the world and lived in different countries.

Looking at my work I think you can guess I love cute things. I have a mini collection items from my travels they also fuel my inspiration.   So here is a peak at my sketchbooks and some of my cute possessions from around the world.
