MY ART V ARTIST FOR 2021

It is nearly the end of the year. Here is my #artvartist for 2021 As I gathered all my favourite art work of the year. This year I have made a ton of artwork. I have lost count. Creating this art is my way of coping with the pandemic and crazy world out there. It struck me that I have really gone deeper and retreated into my imagination and created this happy Susse world .

All my characters are happy, dancing around and more characters together. I used to just draw single static characters. Maybe it could be a result of the isolation of the past year and the desire to travel and move, or I have been working on my animated projects this year. I have also been moving more, I have taken up running in the forest and swimming again.

Not in icy lakes though, I will leave that to the swedes. Theme of 2021 has been movement. Anyway, here are my choices for 2021. In the centre is me super happy holding my first ever published greeting card with @Claypsocards. Thank you to my lovely, hardworking, super talented agent Hannah Curtis @Creativesparrowart

Also I worked on several animations for @thefunkypigeion which was pushing my creative boundaries and learning about creating animated greeting cards. Another project thanks to my agent. Disco Lion was my favourite animation. I have also included my three pieces that were on show at the CICLA Original illustration show in 2021 in Shanghai.

It was the second time I had my work on show. Another animation I enjoyed creating was for thinking of you day.I also included patterns from pattern mood 21. It was such a fun challenge to take part in this year. Finally I have included my Lady Leo she is one of my favourite astro girls I made for my online shop . A free happy spirit. I hope we can all feel this free and happy again in 2022. Well I think I am going to take a few days off now. It is nearly the end of the year.
