Hello hands up anyone feels super tired, burnt out, exhausted? My Thursday Thought this week is “Reset”
The other week I just found myself totally exhausted. You know that feeling . Your are wearing concrete boots and everything has gone slow mow. I think it post winter feelings and realising yes, I have been on the go since Christmas and no real break. I had to ask myself have I been meditating err no. Have been exercising err no Have I been finishing work at an early time err no. Have I been going to bed at a reasonable time er no.
I know I needed to do a reset and with the arrival of spring I decided I needed to get back into some self care practises that put me back on track.
I am meditating again, as it is lighter in the evenings. now I am walking round the forest every day after work Doing something just for me like sowing and also going to bed early.
I am feeling like a new woman. I highly recommended a reset of your daily habits. Not always possible but even one habit change can really help.
