Hello my Thursday Thought today is “Spring forward don’t look back”

The trick I often use to get through darker times is visualising a happier time in my head. Fast forwarding into the future. really helps get through those harder times to think this time will move forward to happier times are just around the corner.

Thursday thoughts is a personal project I am working on and post my illustrated quotes on instagram @Sussecollection every Thursday. Maybe one day I will make these illustrations into a book.
