How do you kick start your week?

Hello I hope your having a good start to the week. Working by myself and at home can be tough some times. How do you kick start your week get into the workflow?
Me I have a day of tasks for each day of the week.
Today is marketing Monday. I have a terrible habit of making, making and not marketing myself. An insane thing to do I know.. How do you get the client projects through the door? By having day each week . It really helps my planning and time management.
Here is how I plan my week.

Marketing Monday
Learning Tuesday
Creative /Client Work Wednesday
Portfolio/ Client Work Thursday
Admin Friday.
