It was a really valuable experience to put a branding book together as a licensing artist. It really helps you get clear on the type of work you want to create. Who is your customer and attracted to your design style. Understand the type of clients that use your art work.

Helping in honing in on your values as a designer .

I highly recommend to make one even for fun so you can find your compass and direction in you illustration work. Stop you going off path with too many shiny new things (guilty of that)
